以鲜牛乳为主要原料,采用L9(33)正交试验方法,研究膜过滤工艺除菌时,不同孔径、温度、压力和错流流速对膜通量、除菌率、体细胞数量的影响,结果表明,最佳工艺条件为膜孔径为0.8μm,温度为53℃,压力为0.45 MPa,错流流速为7m/s。

With fresh milk as main raw materials, using L9(33) orthogonal test method, the ceramic membrane filtration process was studied, in different GP, temperature, transmembrane pressure and flow rate, impact filtrate flux, degerming ratio and SCC. And the best technical parameters was GP 0.8μm, temperature 53℃, transmembrane pressure 0.45 MPa, and flow rate 7 m/s.
