This paper introduced the basic concept and biological functions of soybean isoflavone , and listed the applications of soybean isoflavone in military anti-fatigue functional food , military anti-hypoxia functional food, military radiation resistance functional food, preventing osteoporosis functional food, and took an outlook of the application of soybean isoflavone in military functional food.
