讨论利用硒催化溴酸钾氧化甲基橙褪色的原理建立了一种测定硒的方法,确定在测定波长λ为506 nm,硒浓度在0.2μg/mL~1.2μg/mL范围内与△A呈良好的线性关系,测定的线性回归方程为△A=0.1814C+0.107,相关系数γ=0.9979,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.94×104 L·mol-1·cm-1。测定富硒盐中含硒量为4.275 mg/kg,加标回收率在93.3%~96.4%之间,并且RSD为1.2%,实验结果比较令人满意,可作为快速测定食品中的痕量硒的方法。

In this thesis, a method of determination selenium based on the color fading of methyl orange with potassium bromate was catalyzed by cupricion. With the detection wavelengthλwas 506 nm ,linear relationship between the magnitude of decrease in absorbance△A and mass concentration of selenium was obtained in the range of 0.2μg/mL-1.2μg/mL. The linear regression equation△A=0.181 4C+0.107, correlation coefficientγ=0.997 9 and the apparent molar absorptivity of 2.94 × 104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range from 93.3%to 96.4%, with values of RSD (n=5) was 1.2%.
