本研究将宁夏枸杞经烘干、脱脂、脱小分子糖、水提、浓缩、乙醇沉淀、脱蛋白、脱色和干燥，获得polysaccharide，LBP），经苯酚-硫酸法检测其糖含量为67.9%，LBP的得率为0.7284%。将 LBP 用于经高脂饮食和四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠的治疗，治疗分为枸杞多糖高剂量组、枸杞多糖低剂量组、糖尿病对照组和正常对照组。检测了 LBP 的急性和慢性降血糖效果，可见 LBP 在短时间内可降低糖尿病小鼠餐后血糖水平，并提高糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量，但不能使糖尿病小鼠糖耐量正常化。长期服用 LBP 时，能明显降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平。枸杞多糖的降血糖作用呈现剂量依赖性，即高剂量的降糖效果优于低剂量组。枸杞多糖（

In the research, Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) is extracted from Ningxia-. was treated by the following procedure: baking, defatting, removing small molecular sugar, water extraction, deposition using ethanol, discoloration, removing protein and vacuum drying. The content of saccharide is 67.9%detected by sulfuric acid-phenol method and the extraction rate of pure LBP is 0.728 4%. The animal model of diabetes mellitus is established by high-energy feeding combined with alloxan. The diabetic mice are divided into four groups, including model group, LBP low dose group, LBP high dose group and normal control group. The hypoglycemic and sugar tolerance effects of LBP in alloxan-induced diabetic mice are investigated by measuring blood glucose. LBP could reduce the postprandial blood glucose of diabetic mice in short time, and im-prove the sugar tolerance without dose dependent but could not normalize it. Meanwhile, LBP could obviously decrease the blood glucose of diabetic mice with long-term administration. Furthermore, this kind of influence depends on the dose, and the hypo-glycemic effect of high dose is better than the one of low dose. The results disclosed that polysaccharide has the huge application value in the treatment of diabetes.
