以常州为例,探讨了平原水网城市排水(雨水)防涝综合规划编制要点,提出了从内涝风险评估、规划标准制定、防涝工程体系完善等方面加强规划研究,着重从河网水系梳理、排涝设施建设、市政雨水通道安排、易淹易涝片区整治、低影响开发等方面构建城市防涝工程体系,保障城市排水安全。

이상주위례,탐토료평원수망성시배수(우수)방로종합규화편제요점,제출료종내로풍험평고、규화표준제정、방로공정체계완선등방면가강규화연구,착중종하망수계소리、배로설시건설、시정우수통도안배、역엄역로편구정치、저영향개발등방면구건성시방로공정체계,보장성시배수안전。
Taking Changzhou as an example,this paper outlined major points of comprehensive water-logging planning for plain water network of urban drainage (rainwater).And it proposed that the planning should be strengthened in aspects from waterlogging risk assessment,planning standards,waterlogging engi-neering system,etc.The planning should build up an urban waterlogging engineering system by focusing on clearing the river network and water systems,building up drainage facilities,planning for municipal stormwa-ter channel,rectifying easily flooded and waterlogged areas and low impact development to ensure the safety of urban drainage.
