目的:初步探讨640层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)技术在甲状腺疾病供血动脉术前评估中的临床应用价值。方法11例甲状腺疾病患者行640层螺旋CT平扫+增强扫描,其中增强动脉期为螺旋CTA容积扫描,采用后处理方法处理图像,观察甲状腺动脉及甲状腺病变供血动脉显示情况。结果11例患者的22支双侧甲状腺上动脉均清晰显示(显示率为100.0%),右侧甲状腺下动脉显示11支(显示率为100.0%),左侧甲状腺下动脉显示10支(显示率为90.9%),甲状腺最下动脉未见显示。甲状腺疾病供血动脉不同程度增粗、扭曲,来源、走行显示清晰。结论640层螺旋CTA清晰显示甲状腺供血动脉的个体解剖特征,提高甲状腺动脉显示率,为临床术前评估提供多方面信息。

목적:초보탐토640층라선CT혈관조영(CTA)기술재갑상선질병공혈동맥술전평고중적림상응용개치。방법11례갑상선질병환자행640층라선CT평소+증강소묘,기중증강동맥기위라선CTA용적소묘,채용후처리방법처리도상,관찰갑상선동맥급갑상선병변공혈동맥현시정황。결과11례환자적22지쌍측갑상선상동맥균청석현시(현시솔위100.0%),우측갑상선하동맥현시11지(현시솔위100.0%),좌측갑상선하동맥현시10지(현시솔위90.9%),갑상선최하동맥미견현시。갑상선질병공혈동맥불동정도증조、뉴곡,래원、주행현시청석。결론640층라선CTA청석현시갑상선공혈동맥적개체해부특정,제고갑상선동맥현시솔,위림상술전평고제공다방면신식。
Objective To explore the 640-slice helical CT angiography technology in the clinical value of the feeding arteries in patients with thyroid disease. Method 11 patients with thyriod disease were scanned using 640-slice helical CT with bolus tracking during arterial phase. The reconstructed data of arterial phase was used to reform thyroid arteries by volume rendering (VR). The visualization of the reconstructed vessels was noted. Result Superior thyroid arteries with the number of 22 (100%), right inferior thyroid arteries with the number of 11 (100%) and left inferior thyroid arteries with the number of 10 (90.9%) were clearly displayed in all 11 cases. The lowest thyroid arteries were not showed. Conclusion 640-slice helical CT angiography can clearly show the feeding arteries in patients with thyroid disease, and provide more information for the preoperative evaluation.
