目的：：探析股骨颈骨折采用闭合复位小切口内固定治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院收治的90例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规手术方法进行治疗，观察组则采用闭合复位小切口内固定方法进行治疗，比较2组患者术后的关节功能恢复情况。结果：观察组患者的优良率为95.56%；对照组为84.44%，比较差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：股骨颈骨折采用闭合复位小切口内固定方法进行治疗，可以有效促进患者骨折的愈合，改善患者术后的关节功能状况，强化治疗效果，应用效果显著。

목적：：탐석고골경골절채용폐합복위소절구내고정치료적림상효과。방법：선택아원수치적90례고골경골절환자작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조。대조조채용상규수술방법진행치료，관찰조칙채용폐합복위소절구내고정방법진행치료，비교2조환자술후적관절공능회복정황。결과：관찰조환자적우량솔위95.56%；대조조위84.44%，비교차이명현，구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：고골경골절채용폐합복위소절구내고정방법진행치료，가이유효촉진환자골절적유합，개선환자술후적관절공능상황，강화치료효과，응용효과현저。
Objective:To analysis effect of small incision fixation treatment of the femoral neck fractures with closed reduction and the clinical. Methods:Choosing 90 patients were treated in our hospital with femoral neck fracture as the research object, randomly divided them into observation group and control group. Control group using conventional surgical method to treat, the observation group was treated by closed reduction and small incision fixation method, comparing two groups of patients with postoperative joint function recovery. Re-sults:The fine rate of Observation group patients was 95. 56%;Control group was 84. 44%, the comparison between two groups have sta-tistical significance (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Femoral neck fracture treated with closed reduction and internal fixation with small incision method could effectively promote the healing of fracture patients, improve the joint function of patients condition, strengthen the treatment effect, the application effect should be remarkable.
