目的：研究老年胃癌手术的近期并发症临床现象与影响因素。方法选取2010年8月～2013年4月期我院32例老年胃癌手术患者作为研究对象，观察近期并发症情况。结果本次研究共有25例发生并发症的患者，发生几率为78.12%。其中轻度并发症患者例数为8例，中度并发症患者例数为8例，重度并发症患者例数为9例。结论老年胃癌手术后患者出现并发症几率高，必须高度重视手术影响与术后情况，以此提高手术的治疗效果与术后恢复能力。

목적：연구노년위암수술적근기병발증림상현상여영향인소。방법선취2010년8월～2013년4월기아원32례노년위암수술환자작위연구대상，관찰근기병발증정황。결과본차연구공유25례발생병발증적환자，발생궤솔위78.12%。기중경도병발증환자례수위8례，중도병발증환자례수위8례，중도병발증환자례수위9례。결론노년위암수술후환자출현병발증궤솔고，필수고도중시수술영향여술후정황，이차제고수술적치료효과여술후회복능력。
Objective Recent studies elderly patients with gastric surgery complications and clinical phenomena influencing factors. Methods Select august 2010~april 2013 in our hospital 32 cases of gastric cancer in elderly patients as research subjects,observing the recent complications. Results Of this study a total of 25 patients with complications,the occurrence probability of 78.12%. Where the number of patients with mild complications eight cases,the number of patients with moderate complications were eight cases,the number of patients with severe complications of nine cases.
