近年来,由于极端天气事件的频繁发生,对社会经济发展和人们的生命财产安全造成了严重的影响。基于北斗卫星的多功能预警信息接收终端可不受地面移动通信网络的影响。因此,利用我国自主研发的北斗通信导航系统可接收预警信息,并通过GPRS网络将设备的工作情况传至预警信息发布中心,可有效解决预警信息“最后1 km”传输的问题,从而提高我国的预警信息发布和接收的能力。
近年來,由于極耑天氣事件的頻繁髮生,對社會經濟髮展和人們的生命財產安全造成瞭嚴重的影響。基于北鬥衛星的多功能預警信息接收終耑可不受地麵移動通信網絡的影響。因此,利用我國自主研髮的北鬥通信導航繫統可接收預警信息,併通過GPRS網絡將設備的工作情況傳至預警信息髮佈中心,可有效解決預警信息“最後1 km”傳輸的問題,從而提高我國的預警信息髮佈和接收的能力。

In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather events, causing a serious impact on social and economic development and people’s life and property safety. Multifunctional warning information of the Beidou satellite receiving terminal can influence from the ground based on mobile communication network. Therefore, can receive the early warning information by Beidou communication navigation system of China’s independent research and development, and the working condition of the equipment to the early warning information release center through the GPRS network, which can effectively solve the problem of “the last 1 km” early warning information transmission, so as to enhance our early warning information release and receiving ability.
