以香草兰花芽和叶芽功能叶为试验材料,研究其在香草兰花芽分化期矿质元素含量动态变化及差异。结果表明:在香草兰花芽分化期,叶芽和花芽功能叶N含量呈上升趋势, P、 K呈下降趋势; Mg、 Mn呈先升高后下降趋势, Cu、 Zn反之; Ca、 Fe、 B含量波动频繁且花芽和叶芽功能叶变化不一致。整个香草兰花芽分化期中,花芽功能叶N、 P、 K含量均低于叶芽功能叶, Mg、 Mn、 Cu、 Zn含量高于叶芽功能叶,二者的Ca、 Fe、 B含量呈高低波动,无统一规律。
以香草蘭花芽和葉芽功能葉為試驗材料,研究其在香草蘭花芽分化期礦質元素含量動態變化及差異。結果錶明:在香草蘭花芽分化期,葉芽和花芽功能葉N含量呈上升趨勢, P、 K呈下降趨勢; Mg、 Mn呈先升高後下降趨勢, Cu、 Zn反之; Ca、 Fe、 B含量波動頻繁且花芽和葉芽功能葉變化不一緻。整箇香草蘭花芽分化期中,花芽功能葉N、 P、 K含量均低于葉芽功能葉, Mg、 Mn、 Cu、 Zn含量高于葉芽功能葉,二者的Ca、 Fe、 B含量呈高低波動,無統一規律。
이향초란화아화협아공능협위시험재료,연구기재향초란화아분화기광질원소함량동태변화급차이。결과표명:재향초란화아분화기,협아화화아공능협N함량정상승추세, P、 K정하강추세; Mg、 Mn정선승고후하강추세, Cu、 Zn반지; Ca、 Fe、 B함량파동빈번차화아화협아공능협변화불일치。정개향초란화아분화기중,화아공능협N、 P、 K함량균저우협아공능협, Mg、 Mn、 Cu、 Zn함량고우협아공능협,이자적Ca、 Fe、 B함량정고저파동,무통일규률。
The functional leaves of flower buds and leaf buds during flower bud differentiation stage of V anilla planifolis Andrews were used as material, the changes and differences of mineral element were studied. The results showed that the contents of N elements increased at flower bud differentiation stage, while P, K elements decreased. The contents of Mg and Mn elements increased at first and then decreased, however the contents of Cu and Zn elements decreased at first and then increased. The contents of Ca, Fe, B elements fluctuated frequently. The N, P, K contents of functional leaves of flower buds were lower than the functional leaves of leaf buds, but the Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn contents were higher than the functional leaves of leaf buds, and the Ca, Fe, B contents of the functional leaves of flower buds and leaf buds were up and down fluctuation, there was no uniform rules.
