目的：分析肝外胆结石诊断中应用腹部CT与核磁胰胆管成像的价值。方法对30例肝外胆结石患者予以CT、核磁胰胆管成像诊断。结果核磁胰胆管成像检测阳性率86.7%高于腹部CT阳性率56.7%，结石直径＜8 cm检出率高于腹部CT（P<0.05）。结论核磁胰胆管成像诊断肝外胆结石检出率高于CT。
目的：分析肝外膽結石診斷中應用腹部CT與覈磁胰膽管成像的價值。方法對30例肝外膽結石患者予以CT、覈磁胰膽管成像診斷。結果覈磁胰膽管成像檢測暘性率86.7%高于腹部CT暘性率56.7%，結石直徑＜8 cm檢齣率高于腹部CT（P<0.05）。結論覈磁胰膽管成像診斷肝外膽結石檢齣率高于CT。
목적：분석간외담결석진단중응용복부CT여핵자이담관성상적개치。방법대30례간외담결석환자여이CT、핵자이담관성상진단。결과핵자이담관성상검측양성솔86.7%고우복부CT양성솔56.7%，결석직경＜8 cm검출솔고우복부CT（P<0.05）。결론핵자이담관성상진단간외담결석검출솔고우CT。
Objective To analyze the application of abdominal CT with nuclear magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in diagnosis of extrahepatic cholelithiasis value. Methods 30 cases of extrahepatic cholelithiasis patients with CT and MRI diagnosis cholangiopancreatography. Results Nuclear magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography positive detection rate 86.7%higher than the positive rate of abdominal CT 56.7%,stone diameter<8 cm detection rate is higher than that of abdominal CT(P<0.05). Conclusion Nuclear magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in diagnosis of extrahepatic cholelithiasis was higher than that of CT,significantly clinical value.
