目的：对不同麻醉方法在全子宫切除术中的应用效果进行对比分析。方法选取于2013年10月～2014年9月期间在我院接受实施全子宫切除手术患者的38例，随机分成两组对硬膜外麻醉和硬膜外麻醉联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉两种麻醉方法的效果进行对照试验。结果观察组的麻醉用药量明显比对照组少，麻醉起效时间和自主呼吸恢复时间明显比对照组短，术后并发症发生率明显比对照组低，两组的对照差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在全子宫切除术中采用硬膜外麻醉联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉的麻醉效果尤为显著，麻药用量不仅小，而且还能大大缩短麻醉起效的时间，大大降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective The application efficacy of different anesthesia approaches in treatment of hysterectomy is to be comparatively analyzed. Methods Choose 38 patients operated with hysterectomy surgery that are treated in hospital from October 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups at random with being given epidural anesthesia treatment and combined spinal epidural anesthesia treatment respectively. And then observe and compare the childbirth effects of two groups. And then observe and compare the anesthesia efficacy of two groups. Results The anesthesia consumption in study group is much less than that in control group,besides,the anesthesia taking-effect time and spontaneous breathing recovery time in study group are rather less than those in control group,and what’s more,the post-surgical complication incidence in study group is less than control group as wel;there is a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value(P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia (CSEA) is of efficacy in treatment of patients operated with hysterectomy surgery;it is conducive to decreasing anesthesia consumption, shortening anesthesia taking-effect time and reducing post-surgical complication incidence with high efficacy; therefore,such an effective treatment approach is quite worthy to be promoted and applied clinical y.
