目的：分析氯锌糊剂合清暑汤对于黄水疮的临床治疗效果。方法观察组与对照组病例入院后立即对病情进行观察，明确病情后分别采用两种不同的方法进行治疗，治疗对照组的54例时仅采用了氯锌糊剂，而在治疗观察组病例时则是综合运用了清暑汤与氯锌糊剂。结果观察组的总有效率为98.15%，对照组为87.04%，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，两组存在显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论在治疗黄水疮时联合应用氯锌糊剂与清暑汤，能够获得显著的临床疗效。
