研究了砂率对干硬性混凝土力学性能及耐久性能的影响,对不同砂率的干硬性混凝土试件进行力学试验、快速冻融试验、毛细吸水试验,测定不同砂率下干硬性混凝土试件的抗压强度、相对动弹模量、质量损失和毛细吸水特性。试验结果表明:随着砂率的增大,干硬性混凝土抗压强度和相对动弹模量先升高后降低;质量损失和单位面积吸水量均随着砂率的增加而减小。综合评定,砂率45%时干硬性混凝土力学性能和耐久性能指标最优。

T he influence of sand ratio on the durability and mechanical performance of the hard concrete was studied. For this purpose,mechanical test,accelerated freeze-thaw test and capillary water absorption test are conducted to concrete of different sand ratio,so as to calculate the compressive strength,relative dynamic modulus, mass loss and water absorption ability of the specimens. T he results indicate that with the increase of sand ratio,both the compressive strength and relative dynamic modulus rise up first,which then tends to decline; while mass loss and water absorption ability of the specimens display a decreasing pattern. 45% of sand ratio is found to be the preferable choice in terms of mechanical performance and durability.
