CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道充填层 CA砂浆与轨道板接触面之间常见脱粘、离缝情况。为探讨 CA 砂浆在温度疲劳作用下与轨道板脱粘、离缝规律,采用-20℃到60℃的温度循环对试件进行疲劳试验,并对疲劳后的试件进行微观结构分析和热分析。结果表明:由于沥青基体在温度疲劳作用下的迁移、老化、黏性降低,CRTSⅡ型 CA砂浆和轨道板混凝土经过16次循环后即出现脱粘,产生裂缝。
CRTSⅡ型闆式無砟軌道充填層 CA砂漿與軌道闆接觸麵之間常見脫粘、離縫情況。為探討 CA 砂漿在溫度疲勞作用下與軌道闆脫粘、離縫規律,採用-20℃到60℃的溫度循環對試件進行疲勞試驗,併對疲勞後的試件進行微觀結構分析和熱分析。結果錶明:由于瀝青基體在溫度疲勞作用下的遷移、老化、黏性降低,CRTSⅡ型 CA砂漿和軌道闆混凝土經過16次循環後即齣現脫粘,產生裂縫。

There are common debonding phenomenon between the track slab surface and CA mortar in CRTSⅡslab-type ballastless track f illing layer. In order to explore the discipline of debonding betw een the slab and C A mortar under the effect of temperature fatigue,the fatigue test was carried out on the test pieces by using -20 ℃ to 60 ℃ temperature cycle,microstructure analysis and thermal analysis was performed for test pieces after fatigue test. The research results showed that debonding between the slab concrete and CA mortar appears after 16 times cycle as the migration,aging and viscosity decrease of asphalt matrix under the effect of temperature fatigue.
