进入21世纪，全球经济发展格局发生重大变化，中国稳定崛起.从2002年起，新常态一词在欧美国家出现，主要形容金融危机之后西方国家经济恢复的缓慢而痛苦的过程.2014年5月，习近平提出中国经济新常态，向世界描述中国经济的一系列新表现.2014年11月北京APEC第22次会议和在澳大利亚的G20峰会上，中国经济新常态成为广泛关注的热词.2014年12月中央经济工作会议上，把经济发展新常态确定为中国经济未来发展的主旋律.我们研究提出中国经济新常态6个方面科学内涵，并提出在新常态下中国经济可持续发展的5大趋势，结论认为，中国经济已经进入以新常态为标志的习近平时代，未来将保持中高速发展状态，在重大结构变化过程中支撑中国经济可持续发展，促进中华民族实现伟大复兴的中国梦.

Since the beginning of 21st century,with great changes having taken place in the pattern of global economy development,China is on the way to be rising steadily. The term of New Normal has successively appeared in the occidental world since 2002 which mainly states the slow and stressful process that western countries went through before their economy recovering from the financial crisis. President Xi Jinping first proposed the term of New Normal of Chinese Economy in May 2014,and revealed a series of new features in Chinese Economy for other countries. During the 22nd APEC Meeting in Beijing and G20 Summit in Australia,New Normal of Chinese Economy became a popular term which aroused wide concern. New Normal of Chinese Economy Development was defined as the main rhythm of Chinese future economy at the Central Economic Working Conference in December 2014. Based on deep research we put forward the six scientific meaning of New Normal of Chinese Economy ,and five tendencies of Chinese Economy Sustainable Development under the circumstance of New Normal ,and concluded that Chinese Economy has entered into the Xi Jinping Stage symbolized by New Normal;it will keep its future development with immediate and high speed,support the Chinese Economy sustainable development in the process of great structural changes,and accelerate the realization of Chinese Dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
