以泽蛙为实验动物,分别以0.0003、0.0015、0.0075、0.0375 g/L不同浓度的除草剂精克草星溶液为实验药物,研究了泽蛙在精克草星溶液的胁迫下,外周血中血红细胞数、红细胞微核率、核异常率以及总核异常率的变化,同时,以蒸馏水为空白对照.实验结果表明:精克草星会使泽蛙的血红细胞数减少,而且当精克草星浓度高于0.0075 g/L时,所有染毒组的血红细胞数与对照组相比均达到了差异显著水平(p<0.05)或差异极显著水平(p<0.01或p<0.001).精克草星能使泽蛙外周血红细胞微核率、核异常率及总核异常率升高.与对照组相比,所有处理组的核异常率和总核异常率均达到了差异显著水平(p<0.05)或差异极显著水平(p<0.01或p<0.001).

In this study,the Rana limnocharis was taken as the experimental animal and the herbicide(Jingkecaoxing) solution was taken as the target poison. The Jingkecaoxing concentrations were set in the range from 0.000 3 g/L to 0.037 5 g/L. The effects of Jingkecaoxing on the numbers,micronuclei rates,nuclear anomalies rates and total nuclear anomalies rates of erythrocyte in Rana limnocharis were studied. The results showed that the numbers of erythrocyte were decreased by the Jingkecaoxing. And when the Jingkecaoxing concentrations were in the higher degrees (≥0.007 5 g/L),there were significant differences between the experimental groups treated with Jingkecaoxing and the contrast group treated with water(p<0.05,p<0.01 or p<0.01). All the micronuclei rates,nuclear anomalies rates and total nuclear anomalies rates of erythrocyte in Rana limnocharis in the experimental groups were higher than that in the contrast group. There were significant differences of nuclear anomalies rates and total nuclear anomalies rates between all the experimental groups and contrast group(p<0.05,p<0.01 or p<0.001).
