设计并合成了一种新型吲哚类荧光试剂,并以红外光谱、高分辨质谱以及氢核磁共振图谱等手段表征了其结构。同时,结合其结构特点分析了该荧光试剂的荧光性质,为新型吲哚类荧光试剂的设计与合成提供了新思路。
設計併閤成瞭一種新型吲哚類熒光試劑,併以紅外光譜、高分辨質譜以及氫覈磁共振圖譜等手段錶徵瞭其結構。同時,結閤其結構特點分析瞭該熒光試劑的熒光性質,為新型吲哚類熒光試劑的設計與閤成提供瞭新思路。

A novel indole fluorescent reagent was designed and synthesized,IR,HRMS and 1H NMR were used to verify the structure. Furthermore,the fluorescence properties were studied and analyzed by combining with its structure characteristics,which provides new ideas for the design and synthesis of novel indole fluorescent reagents.
