采用固相微萃取处理废水样,用高效液相色谱法测定水样中10种硝基苯酚类化合物。通过优化前处理和仪器测定的条件,使该方法在0.0200 mg /L ~3.00 mg /L 范围内线性良好。方法检出限为5μg /L ~39μg /L,空白水样的3个质量浓度水平加标回收率为49.3%~82.9%,RSD 为8.3%~18.1%。用该方法测定某企业的实际废水样,结果未检出,其3个质量浓度水平加标回收率为50.6%~79.7%,RSD 为7.6%~18.4%。

A method has been established to determine ten kinds of nitrophenols in waste water by solid phase microextraction and high performance liquid chromatography.Good linearity was achieved in the concentra-tion range of 0.020 0 mg /L ~3.00 mg /L for the ten target compounds by optimiazing the pretreatment process and the instrument conditions.The method detection limit for each compound ranged from 5 μg /L to 39 μg /L. For blank samples,the recovery for three mass concentration levels was between 49.3% ~82.9% with the rela-tive standard deviation of 8.3% ~18.1 %.The concentration of the target compounds in water samples from some enterprise were determined by this method and no target compounds were detected.And for these water samples, which were from the enterprise mentioned before,the recovery is between 50.6% ~79.7% with the relative standard deviation of 7.6% ~18.4%.
