以某无人机支柱式主起落架为例,基于LMS Virtual.Lab Motion和LMS Imagine.Lab AMES-im开展联合仿真,首先利用VL Motion建立主起落架落震动力学分析模型,再根据缓冲器参数建立AMESim缓冲器液压模型,最后通过两个软件的联合仿真,计算该无人机主起落架的缓冲性能。以油针几何形状为设计变量,基于iSIGHT优化平台集成AMESim建立该无人机主起落架的缓冲器优化流程,通过优化计算得到该油针的最佳截面积参数,缓冲器最大轴向力降低了10.49%,缓冲器效率提高了12.54%。

Based on LMS Virtual .Lab Motion and LMS Imagine .Lab AMESim, it takes a certain type of main land-ing gear of an unmanned aircraft as an example to carry out combined simulation .First , it applies the VL Motion software to build the dynamical model of drop simulation of the main landing gear , uses the AMESim software to es-tablish the hydraulic model of the landing gear .Based on the combined simulation of two softwares , it analyzes the buffer performance of the unmanned aircraft main landing gear .Then, it choises the metering pin area of section as the design variable , designs the optimization of the landing gear buffer system combined with AMESimd in iSIGHT , obtains the optimal parameters of the metering pin area of section .The results show that the buffer axial force is re-duced 10.49%, and the efficiency of buffer is improved 12.54%at the same time after the optimization .
