为了解决全日制工程硕士培养过程中知识面过窄、适应面单一的问题，适应未来工程人才“宽口径”培养的发展趋势，扬州大学秉承多学科交叉的教育理念，在化学工程领域进行了“大工程领域”全日制工程硕士培养模式的改革，并从人才培养定位、课程体系构建、课程设置、师资配备等方面开展了一系列的改革实践，其基本经验或许能为其它高校的全日制工程硕士人才培养改革提供有益的借鉴。
위료해결전일제공정석사배양과정중지식면과착、괄응면단일적문제，괄응미래공정인재“관구경”배양적발전추세，양주대학병승다학과교차적교육이념，재화학공정영역진행료“대공정영역”전일제공정석사배양모식적개혁，병종인재배양정위、과정체계구건、과정설치、사자배비등방면개전료일계렬적개혁실천，기기본경험혹허능위기타고교적전일제공정석사인재배양개혁제공유익적차감。
In order to broaden students’ horizons and enhance their adaptability in the training of full‐time master‐of‐engineering students ,the Yangzhou University carried out a reform aimed for macro‐engineering based on the idea of interdisciplinary training .Measures taken included repositioning training strategies ,restructuring curriculum ,redesigning course teaching and readjustment of faculty . Its experience may serve as an example for full‐time master‐of‐engineering programs in other institutions .
