在盆栽控制条件下,设土壤田间持水量的40%、60%、80%3个水分梯度,0,0.564,1.128,1.692和2.257g/盆(纯氮量)5个氮肥梯度,对一年龄分蘖期无芒雀麦进行水分和氮肥组合处理,研究水氮耦合对无芒雀麦形态特征的影响.试验结果表明,无芒雀麦的地上生物量形成存在水氮的耦合效应,低氮和低水制约了无芒雀麦的生长,高水高氮也不利于无芒雀麦形成新枝条和增加生物量.

In potted condition under control,3 water gradient(40%, 60%, 80%of field capacity)and 5 nitrogen gra-dient(0, 0.564, 1.128, 1.692 and 2.257g/pot)had been set to conduct the treatment of combining water and nitrogen on one age Bromus inermis in tillering stage. Then, studied the the effects of water and nitrogen coupling on morpho-logical characteristics of bromus inermis. The results showed that there was water and nitrogen coupling effects exist-ed in the formation of aboveground biomass. And the growth of bromus inerm was restricted by low nitrogen and wa-ter. Additionally, high water and high nitrogen was also not conducive to the formation of new branches and the in-crease of biomass.
