通过精确求解能量本征方程、幺正变换和变分相结合的方法,研究了磁场中纳米管里极化子的性质。对KBr纳米管的数值计算表明:在均匀磁场中极化子的基态能量、激发态能量随纳米管外径减小(或内径增加)而增加,随纳米管内径减小(或外径增加)而减小,激发态能量随磁场强度的增加而增加。量子比特的振荡周期随纳米管内径增加(或外径减小)而减小,随磁场强度的增加而减小。
通過精確求解能量本徵方程、幺正變換和變分相結閤的方法,研究瞭磁場中納米管裏極化子的性質。對KBr納米管的數值計算錶明:在均勻磁場中極化子的基態能量、激髮態能量隨納米管外徑減小(或內徑增加)而增加,隨納米管內徑減小(或外徑增加)而減小,激髮態能量隨磁場彊度的增加而增加。量子比特的振盪週期隨納米管內徑增加(或外徑減小)而減小,隨磁場彊度的增加而減小。
통과정학구해능량본정방정、요정변환화변분상결합적방법,연구료자장중납미관리겁화자적성질。대KBr납미관적수치계산표명:재균균자장중겁화자적기태능량、격발태능량수납미관외경감소(혹내경증가)이증가,수납미관내경감소(혹외경증가)이감소,격발태능량수자장강도적증가이증가。양자비특적진탕주기수납미관내경증가(혹외경감소)이감소,수자장강도적증가이감소。
In the magnetic field,ground and excited state energies as well as their wave functions of the polaron in a nanotube are obtained by using a combination of precisely solving the energy eigen-equation, unitary transformation and variation methods. Through the numerical results of KBr crystal show that the polaron’s ground and excited state energies will increase(or decrease)with increasing(or decreasing)the nanotube’s inside(or outside)diameter. The polaron’ s excited state energies will also increase with increasing the magnetic field strength. The oscillatory period of the qubit will decrease with increasing(or decreasing)the nanotube,s inside(or outside)diameter. The oscillatory period of the qubit will also decrease with increasing the magnetic field strength.
