采用苹果皮为原料,用磁种方法合成了苹果皮磁种吸附材料.用红外光谱和扫描电镜对样品进行表征,并对其吸附性能和分离效果进行了研究.在室温下考察了吸附时间,吸附剂用量,铜离子初始浓度,吸附溶液pH值四个因素对吸附效果的影响.结果表明:苹果皮磁种吸附材料对Cu2+的最佳吸附时间为60~80 min,超过这一时间段开始脱附;Cu2+的浓度增大吸附量增大,但除去率降低;最佳吸附pH值约为6.当Cu2+溶液的浓度为20μg/mL,在最佳吸附条件下的吸附量为2.68 mg/g .吸附完成后可以很容易地进行磁分离.

Apple peel magnetic seed adsorbent material was synthesized by magnetic seed method with apple peel as raw material. Samples were characterized by IR and SEM. The adsorption capacity and separation effect was studied. The effects of adsorption factor such as adsorption time,initial concentration of copper ion,adsorbent dosage and the solution pH on the adsorption efficiency were investigated at room temperature. The results showed that the best adsorption time of apple peel magnetic seed adsorbent material for copper ion are range from 60 to 80 minutes,and over this period it began to desorb. The adsorption capacity was increased when the concentration of copper ion increased,but the removal rate decreased. The optimal adsorption value of pH was about 6. The adsorption amount of copper ion was 2.68 mg/g under optimum adsorption condition when the concentration of copper ion solution is 20μg/mL. It could be separated magnetically easily when adsorption finished.
