25 CrMnB钢制铲刃，尺寸为长600～2500 mm，宽152～203 mm，厚12～25 mm，要求采用喷水压淬。研究了压床压力、喷水时间、喷水压力、淬火水温对铲刃长度膨胀量的影响。结果表明，除了喷水时间外，其他淬火冷却工艺参数，特别是淬火压床的压力，均对铲刃长度的膨胀量有明显的影响。
25 CrMnB鋼製鏟刃，呎吋為長600～2500 mm，寬152～203 mm，厚12～25 mm，要求採用噴水壓淬。研究瞭壓床壓力、噴水時間、噴水壓力、淬火水溫對鏟刃長度膨脹量的影響。結果錶明，除瞭噴水時間外，其他淬火冷卻工藝參數，特彆是淬火壓床的壓力，均對鏟刃長度的膨脹量有明顯的影響。

A kind of shoveling blade,made of 25 CrMnB steel,and 600 to 2500 mm long by 152 to 203 mm wide by 12 to 25 mm thick,is to be hardened by water spray quenching in a press.The effect of press pressure,water spraying time,water spraying pressure and quenching water temperature on length increment of the shoveling blades was investigated.The results indicate that these quenching process parameters,particularly press pressure,will exert an appreciable influence on the length increment of the shoveling blades except water spraying time.
