在spss19.0软件的基础上,基于正交试验运用统计学的知识分析了锂渣与钢渣对高性能混凝土早期抗裂性的影响。试验表明,锂渣与钢渣之间存在交互作用,实验范围内随着水胶比的增加锂渣在一定程度上可以提高混凝土的早期抗裂性,但是钢渣对混凝土的早期抗裂性没有贡献。通过对比试验发现:随着锂渣细度的增加,混凝土早期抗裂性能先减小后增加然后再减小,且锂渣比表面积为624 m2/kg左右时混凝土早期抗裂性能最佳;锂渣细度与混凝土裂缝的分形特征正相关但并不显著,且分形维数随着锂渣细度的增加先减小再增加,当锂渣比表面积为576 m2/kg左右时混凝土的开裂形式最简单。

Using spss19.0 and statistical knowledge , we analyzed the impact of lithium slag and steel slag on the early crack resistance of high performance concrete .The experimental data show that there is an interaction between lithium slag and steel slag .Lithium slag could improve the early crack resistance of the concrete to some extent , but the steel slag did not contribute to the early crack re-sistance.We discovered through comparative analysis that with the increase of lithium slag fineness , the early crack resistance of concrete decreased first , then increased and then decreased .The early crack resistance was best when the lithium slag specific surface area was about 624 m2/kg;lithium slag fineness and the fractal characteristics of the concrete are related but not significantly , and the fractal dimension decreased first and then increased with the increase of lithium slag fineness .The fractal dimension was at a minimum when lithium slag specific surface area was about 576 m2/kg, it means that the cracking form of concrete was the simplest .
