目的：探讨手足口病患者采用康复新液的疗效和特点。方法设立对照分析，对照组患者采用口腔黏膜给予西瓜霜喷雾+外用炉甘石洗剂治疗，研究组患者采用口服康复新液+皮疹区域涂抹康复新液治疗，对比分析两组治疗后口腔黏膜和手足皮疹的恢复效果。结果对照组与研究组患者通过治疗后并未出现明显的不良反应，但采用康复新液治疗研究组的有效率（96%）明显优于对照组（75%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手足口病患者采用康复新液疗效较好，可有效改善患者的临床症状，减少溃疡愈合时间。

목적：탐토수족구병환자채용강복신액적료효화특점。방법설립대조분석，대조조환자채용구강점막급여서과상분무+외용로감석세제치료，연구조환자채용구복강복신액+피진구역도말강복신액치료，대비분석량조치료후구강점막화수족피진적회복효과。결과대조조여연구조환자통과치료후병미출현명현적불량반응，단채용강복신액치료연구조적유효솔（96%）명현우우대조조（75%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론수족구병환자채용강복신액료효교호，가유효개선환자적림상증상，감소궤양유합시간。
Objective To investigate the effects and characteristics of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of patients withhand foot and mouth disease. Methods The establishment of the control analysis, the control group was treated with the oral mucosa were given watermelon frost spray+calamine lotion in the treatment of patients, study group is used in oral Kangfuxin Liquid+rash skin area of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of oral mucosarecovery effect, comparative analysis and hand foot skin rashes after treatment in two groups. Results The study group and the control group patients through after treatment did not appearobvious adverse reaction, but the use of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of study group 96%of effective rate is signiifcantly better than the control group 75% (P<0.05), has significantresearch value. Conclusion HFMD patients with Kangfuxin Liquid good curative effect, can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms, reduce the ulcer healing time.
