The surface deformation to be induced by underground mining of Jinbaoshan Pt -Pd mine and the de-formation rules of rock strata movement characteristics were researched by using the 3D finite difference software FLAC3 D numerial modeling and the moving range of surface was forecasted and evaluated that provided some guidance for mine engineering practice.
