近年来连铸技术迅速发展，不同钢种的连续浇铸、自动调宽、无缺陷高温出坯等技术的成熟使用，使连铸结晶器所处的工作条件越来越严酷，使用要求也越来越高，不但要保证结晶器较高的综合质量，而且缩短结晶器检修的周期也成了重大课题。本文通过对重钢方坯结晶器翻转检修台架设计，在缩短检修周期上，取得了一定的效果。
近年來連鑄技術迅速髮展，不同鋼種的連續澆鑄、自動調寬、無缺陷高溫齣坯等技術的成熟使用，使連鑄結晶器所處的工作條件越來越嚴酷，使用要求也越來越高，不但要保證結晶器較高的綜閤質量，而且縮短結晶器檢脩的週期也成瞭重大課題。本文通過對重鋼方坯結晶器翻轉檢脩檯架設計，在縮短檢脩週期上，取得瞭一定的效果。
