近年来连铸技术迅速发展,不同钢种的连续浇铸、自动调宽、无缺陷高温出坯等技术的成熟使用,使连铸结晶器所处的工作条件越来越严酷,使用要求也越来越高,不但要保证结晶器较高的综合质量,而且缩短结晶器检修的周期也成了重大课题。本文通过对重钢方坯结晶器翻转检修台架设计,在缩短检修周期上,取得了一定的效果。
近年來連鑄技術迅速髮展,不同鋼種的連續澆鑄、自動調寬、無缺陷高溫齣坯等技術的成熟使用,使連鑄結晶器所處的工作條件越來越嚴酷,使用要求也越來越高,不但要保證結晶器較高的綜閤質量,而且縮短結晶器檢脩的週期也成瞭重大課題。本文通過對重鋼方坯結晶器翻轉檢脩檯架設計,在縮短檢脩週期上,取得瞭一定的效果。
