牡蛎中含有丰富的多糖。从牡蛎中制备的水溶性多糖经 HPLC测定,其单糖组成为葡萄糖,以葡聚糖分子筛测定其分子量为(3.93~10.84)×106 Da。以牡蛎多糖(7 g/kg )对高血压模型大鼠灌胃均具有较明显的降低收缩压和舒张压作用。

모려중함유봉부적다당。종모려중제비적수용성다당경 HPLC측정,기단당조성위포도당,이포취당분자사측정기분자량위(3.93~10.84)×106 Da。이모려다당(7 g/kg )대고혈압모형대서관위균구유교명현적강저수축압화서장압작용。
A water-soluble polysaccharide was isolated from Crassostrea gigas (CGPS -1) by hot -water extraction .For the polysaccharide ,glucose was the monosaccharide unit . Based on the calibration with Dextran ,the CGPS-1 had a molecular weight of about 3 .93~10 .84 × 106 Da .The plysaccharides (7 g/kg)have better antihypertensive effect on renovascular hypertensive rats .
