教学从其本质而言具有伦理性、道德性,教育硕士的培养必须重视教学伦理意识的培养。以学科专业教育与教学技能为突破口,以社会实践为外延力量,从教学思想、理论价值层面到实践操作层面,向学生渗透教学伦理价值,培养学生教学伦理意识,以适应现代教育理念和教学模式发展的需要,促使全日制教育硕士专业学位培养目标的实现,保证学生最终成为优秀的“灵魂工程师”,使教学成为道德事业。
教學從其本質而言具有倫理性、道德性,教育碩士的培養必鬚重視教學倫理意識的培養。以學科專業教育與教學技能為突破口,以社會實踐為外延力量,從教學思想、理論價值層麵到實踐操作層麵,嚮學生滲透教學倫理價值,培養學生教學倫理意識,以適應現代教育理唸和教學模式髮展的需要,促使全日製教育碩士專業學位培養目標的實現,保證學生最終成為優秀的“靈魂工程師”,使教學成為道德事業。

Teaching essentially has ethical and moral value. Therefore,it is of necessity to attach importance to foster leaching ethical consciousness in the process of cultivating master of education. With professional education and teaching skills as the first step and the social practice as auxiliary as-sistance,we should require students to indulge themselves into teaching ethical value and foster their teaching ethics consciousness at different levels from teaching thought,theoretical values to practical op-eration to adjust to meeting the needs of modern teaching ideas and learning mode development. As a result,we can realize the cultivation goals of full-time master of education,make sure that they will eventually become excellent “Engineers of Souls” and make teaching a moral career.
