高校教学文化建设对于保障与提升高等教育质量具有十分重要的意义。高校教学文化的内涵特征表现在四方面：以教学为中心；促进学生发展；关注教师教学发展；追求教学研究。在高校教学文化建设过程中，要突出教学的中心地位，提升教师教学和教学研究能力，培育优良的教风和学风，不断完善教学管理制度，建立教学导向的考核评价体系。

Teaching culture construction plays a very important part in guaranteeing and improving the quality of higher education. The four intrinsic features of teaching culture of higher education insti-tutions are put forth which center on learning,promote student development,concentrate on faculty de-velopment,and pursue teaching research. In the process of developing teaching culture of higher educa-tion institutions,it is necessary to put an emphasis on the central role of teaching,improve the teaching and researching capability of teachers,foster excellent teaching and learning atmosphere,constantly per-fect teaching management system,and establish teaching-oriented assessment system.
