分析了螺栓式预应力机架结构的特点,推导了预应力拉杆的受力过程,证明了单个螺栓预应力结构本身并不能提高拉杆的刚度,也不能改善拉杆应力波动范围,中小型机架结构中应慎重使用;结合钢管矫直机两种主流的拉杆结构,分析不同初始预应力作用下机架的刚度,可以发现,通过多个预应力拉杆对上横梁的夹紧作用,可以提高整个机架结构的刚度,而且在同等重量的情况下施加同等预应力,短预应力预紧的效果优于拉杆全长预紧效果。

The characteristics of the bolt pre-stressed structure is analyzed,stress of pre-stressed rod is derived,show that single bolt pre-stressed structure itself does not improve the stiffness,also does not improve the bar stress fluctuation range,small and medium type frame structure should be used cautiously;with two mainstream rod structure of steel tube straightener,stiffness of house with different initial prestressing force is analyzed,the clamping effect of several pre-stressed rod on the upper beam can improve the stiffness of the whole machine structure,under the condition with the same pre-stressed load and the same house weight,short pre-stressed structure is better than standard pre-stressed structure.
