目的：对优质护理在老年输液护理中的有效应用效果进行对比分析。方法：对2013年1～7月门诊老年输液患者中，随机选取120例门诊老年输液患者，对优质护理在门诊老年输液护理中的有效应用护理进行分析。结果：采用优质护理后，患者满意度显著提高，由常规护理的48．3％提高到80％。结论：优质护理在门诊老年输液护理中应用有较大的优势，提高了临床护理质量，同时提高了患者的满意度。
