针对张杂谷3号具有抗性强、产量高的特征,对其叶片解剖结构、叶表皮特征、茎的解剖结构以及穗分化特性进行综合研究,探讨了张杂谷3号与抗旱性、抗逆性以及高产有关的结构特征。结果表明,张杂谷3号为C4植物,叶片具有大维管束、叶绿体浓绿和密集、气孔密度高,叶片表皮毛密集,特化细胞多,气孔内陷的特征。茎具有维管束面积大,穗茎淀粉含量高的特征。谷子穗分化阶段枝梗原基数量多、密集,发育成的谷穗大、穗码密集,以上研究为其抗旱、高产能力的评价以及机理研究提供形态解剖学方面的依据。
針對張雜穀3號具有抗性彊、產量高的特徵,對其葉片解剖結構、葉錶皮特徵、莖的解剖結構以及穗分化特性進行綜閤研究,探討瞭張雜穀3號與抗旱性、抗逆性以及高產有關的結構特徵。結果錶明,張雜穀3號為C4植物,葉片具有大維管束、葉綠體濃綠和密集、氣孔密度高,葉片錶皮毛密集,特化細胞多,氣孔內陷的特徵。莖具有維管束麵積大,穗莖澱粉含量高的特徵。穀子穗分化階段枝梗原基數量多、密集,髮育成的穀穗大、穗碼密集,以上研究為其抗旱、高產能力的評價以及機理研究提供形態解剖學方麵的依據。
침대장잡곡3호구유항성강、산량고적특정,대기협편해부결구、협표피특정、경적해부결구이급수분화특성진행종합연구,탐토료장잡곡3호여항한성、항역성이급고산유관적결구특정。결과표명,장잡곡3호위C4식물,협편구유대유관속、협록체농록화밀집、기공밀도고,협편표피모밀집,특화세포다,기공내함적특정。경구유유관속면적대,수경정분함량고적특정。곡자수분화계단지경원기수량다、밀집,발육성적곡수대、수마밀집,이상연구위기항한、고산능력적평개이급궤리연구제공형태해부학방면적의거。
Zhangzagu 3 hao is a hybrid millet breeding by the Zhangjiakou Academy of Agricultural Sciences u-sing millet thermo-sensitive line .Zhangzagu 3 hao has the characteristics that are high drought resistance ,resistance to fall,strong adaptability ,high and stable yield .The present paper deals with an anatomy analysis of stem and leaf and spike of Zhangzagu 3hao .The results showed that Zhangzagu 3 hao was characteristic of a C 4 species or Kranz leaf.A layer of well developed bundle sheath cells surrounds the vascular tissue .The bundle sheath cells contained numerous chloroplasts and the bundle sheath chloroplasts were considerably larger and elongated .The stems had bigger vascular bundle area and the ear stem had high starch content .Millet ear differentiation stage had more and dense branch primordium number which can develop into the big ears .At last,we can gain high yeild of Zhangzagu 3 hao.This paper discussesed the high stress resistance and high yield character of Zhangzagu 3 hao on the structure characteristics,to provided anatomical evidence for evaluation the stress resistance and high yield ability of this millet .
