采用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用技术,研究枇杷叶浸膏在不同裂解氛围(N2和含10%O2的N2)和不同温度(300℃,600℃和900℃)下的热裂解行为,将裂解产物直接引入气相色谱-质谱联用仪,用质谱法对其进行定性分析,并用面积归一法作半定量分析。结果表明:枇杷叶浸膏无氧裂解产物主要为醛类、醇类和酚类等,而有氧裂解产物主要为羧酸类、酮类和酚类等;这些裂解产物可以产生草香、辛香、烘烤香、焦糖香、坚果香、甜香、花香等韵调,添加至卷烟中可以丰富卷烟香气;有氧条件下枇杷叶浸膏的裂解产物多于无氧条件,高温下氧气的引入加剧了枇杷叶浸膏的裂解反应;裂解产物随温度的升高而变复杂,苯系物和稠环芳烃类有害物质增加。

채용열렬해-기상색보-질보련용기술,연구비파협침고재불동렬해분위(N2화함10%O2적N2)화불동온도(300℃,600℃화900℃)하적열렬해행위,장렬해산물직접인입기상색보-질보련용의,용질보법대기진행정성분석,병용면적귀일법작반정량분석。결과표명:비파협침고무양렬해산물주요위철류、순류화분류등,이유양렬해산물주요위최산류、동류화분류등;저사렬해산물가이산생초향、신향、홍고향、초당향、견과향、첨향、화향등운조,첨가지권연중가이봉부권연향기;유양조건하비파협침고적렬해산물다우무양조건,고온하양기적인입가극료비파협침고적렬해반응;렬해산물수온도적승고이변복잡,분계물화주배방경류유해물질증가。
In order to study the pyrolysis behavior of loquat leaf extract that pyrolysates effect to the compo-nent of cigarette smoke,the pyrolysates were investigated in N2 ,N2 containing 10%O2 and at three temper-ature levels of 300 ℃,600 ℃and 900 ℃,respectively.The pyrolysates were directly introduced into GC-MS,qualitative analysis of the pyrolysates by mass spectrometry,and a semi-quantitative analysis by area normalization were made.The results showed that loquat leaf extract anaerobic pyrolysis products were mainly the aldehydes,alcohols and phenols,and aerobic pyrolysis products were mainly carboxylic acids, ketones and phenols,etc.The pyrolysis products could produce grassy,spicy,fragrant baked ,caramel a-roma,nutty aroma,sweet,floral and other rhyme tune,which could enrich the aroma of cigarettes.The a-mount of these pyrolysates under aerobic conditions was more than anaerobic pyrolysates,the oxygen intro-duced could exacerbate the pyrolysis of loquat leaf extract.With the increase of temperature,pyrolysis was <br> more and more complex,benzenes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons substances released was found to inerease.
