目的：探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发的原因及对策。方法：回顾2010年1月～2014年4月我科收治的42例腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发的病例并进行总结。结果：术中见网片有卷曲、皱缩以致未能完全覆盖疝囊口的现象，甚至网片位置放置错误或者固定不到位，均选择再次手术治疗。结论：操作者对腹股沟的解剖熟悉以及操作熟练，选择正确的材料并准确放置，将有助于降低腹股沟疝无张力修补术的复发率。
목적：탐토복고구산무장력수보술후복발적원인급대책。방법：회고2010년1월～2014년4월아과수치적42례복고구산무장력수보술후복발적병례병진행총결。결과：술중견망편유권곡、추축이치미능완전복개산낭구적현상，심지망편위치방치착오혹자고정불도위，균선택재차수술치료。결론：조작자대복고구적해부숙실이급조작숙련，선택정학적재료병준학방치，장유조우강저복고구산무장력수보술적복발솔。
Objective:To investigate the free inguinal hernia recurrence after operation and the countermeasures of tension repair. Methods:Analyse the reasons of 42 cases of inguinal hernia under tension free repair of recurrent cases after operation from 2010 January to2014 April in our hospital.R esults:Mesh with curly,shrinkage that failed to completely cover the hernia phenomenon , and even mesh-placement errors or fixed is not in place, are choosing to operation treatment.C onclusions:The anatomy of the inguinal not familiar and skilled operation, choose the right materials and accurate placement, will help to reduce the tension free repair of inguinal hernia recur-rence rate.
