目的：了解新乡地区2013年腹泻儿童轮状病毒与腺病毒感染情况。方法：用免疫层析快速法对2013年1月～12月的2780例腹泻患儿的粪便标本进行检测。结果：2780例标本中轮状病毒阳性715例（25．8％），腺病毒阳性83例（3．2％），轮状病毒与腺病毒双重感染25例（0．9％）。轮状病毒感染的高发期位于6月和10月～12月，腺病毒感染的高发期位于5月和9月～10月。年龄以2岁以下婴幼儿为主，但主要集中在6个月～12个月的婴幼儿。结论：新乡地区儿童病毒性腹泻的主要病原体以轮状病毒为主，其次为腺病毒，双重感染不易见。
목적：료해신향지구2013년복사인동륜상병독여선병독감염정황。방법：용면역층석쾌속법대2013년1월～12월적2780례복사환인적분편표본진행검측。결과：2780례표본중륜상병독양성715례（25．8％），선병독양성83례（3．2％），륜상병독여선병독쌍중감염25례（0．9％）。륜상병독감염적고발기위우6월화10월～12월，선병독감염적고발기위우5월화9월～10월。년령이2세이하영유인위주，단주요집중재6개월～12개월적영유인。결론：신향지구인동병독성복사적주요병원체이륜상병독위주，기차위선병독，쌍중감염불역견。
Objective:To expore the status of rotavirus and adenovirus infection in children with diarrhea in Henan Xinxiang 2013. Methods:A total of 2780 fecal samples were collected from January to December of 2013 in Xinxiang ,then rotavirus and adenovirus anti-gens were tested by ACON Rota-Adeno.Results:2780 samples, 715(25.7%) and 83(3.0%) cases were found positive for rotavirus and adenovirus respectively and 25(0.9%) cases for both.Rotavirus infections occurred mainly in June, October to December and ade-novirus infections happened mainly in May, September and October.Most of the children with rotavirus and adenovirus infections were from 6 to 12 months.Conclusion:Rotavirus is the major etiologic agents of diarrhea in Xinxiang.Adenovirus is the second important a-gent for children,and mixed infection is rare.
