目的：：探讨针刺联合药物治疗变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法：将100例变应性鼻炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者予以口服氯雷他定片治疗4周。治疗组患者在对照组的基础上,予以针刺治疗,5 d为一疗程,疗程间歇2 d,共治疗4个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组患者总有效率为96.0%。对照组患者总有效率为84.0%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针刺联合药物治疗变应性鼻炎患者的效果优于单纯药物治疗效果。
목적：：탐토침자연합약물치료변응성비염환자적림상료효。방법：장100례변응성비염환자수궤분성치료조화대조조,매조50례。대조조환자여이구복록뢰타정편치료4주。치료조환자재대조조적기출상,여이침자치료,5 d위일료정,료정간헐2 d,공치료4개료정,비교량조료효。결과：치료조환자총유효솔위96.0%。대조조환자총유효솔위84.0%。량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：침자연합약물치료변응성비염환자적효과우우단순약물치료효과。
Objective: To approach clinical effects of acupuncture combined with drug treatment for allergic rhinitis. Meth-ods:100 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 50 cases in each group. The con-trol group was only treated with oral Loratadine for 4 weeks. Based on the above treatment, the treatment group were treated with acu-puncture, 5 days for a course, 2 days rest between treatments courses, and 4 courses in total. The effects of the two groups were com-pared. Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96. 0% and 84. 0%, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusions:For treating allergic rhinitis, the acupuncture combined with drug treat-ment shows better therapeutic effects than single drug treatment.
