目的：：研究喘可治注射液联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘的疗效。方法：选取婴幼儿支气管哮喘患儿90例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组采用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗，治疗组在此基础上合用喘可治注射液进行治疗，并对两组患儿的临床疗效和安全性进行评价。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组气喘、咳嗽、湿啰音及哮鸣音消失快，总有效率高，具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患儿的血常规及免疫指标均强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：喘可治注射液联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘的疗效好，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：：연구천가치주사액연합보미극령서무화흡입치료영유인지기관효천적료효。방법：선취영유인지기관효천환인90례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각45례。대조조채용보미극령서무화흡입치료，치료조재차기출상합용천가치주사액진행치료，병대량조환인적림상료효화안전성진행평개。결과：여대조조상비，치료조기천、해수、습라음급효명음소실쾌，총유효솔고，구유현저성차이(P<0.05)。치료후치료조환인적혈상규급면역지표균강우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：천가치주사액연합보미극령서무화흡입치료영유인지기관효천적료효호，안전성고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate effects of Chuankezhi injection combined with Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation in treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods:90 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, each of 50 cases. The control group was given Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation, and the treated group was given Chuankezhi injection combined with Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation. The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The time of cough, asthma, wheeze and moist rale was shorter, and the total effective rate was higher in the treated group than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0. 05). After the treatment, the routine blood indexes and immune indexes of treated group were better than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Chuankezhi injection combined with Pulmicort Re-spules atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma is effective and highly safe, and worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.
