目的：探讨肝硬化与肝源性糖尿病的临床关系。方法：选择42例肝硬化并发糖尿病患者作为观察组，选择同期40例肝硬化未并发糖尿病患者作为对照组。对比分析两组患者临床表现，肝硬化患者肝功能分级，肝硬化糖尿病患者治疗前后空腹血糖、TB、ALT及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组多饮、多食、多尿及纳差患者均显著多于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；A级以对照组居多，而B级以观察组多见；观察组患者经治疗1个月空腹血糖、TB、ALT显著低于治疗前，且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发肝性脑病、肝肾综合征、自发性腹膜炎患者显著多于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肝硬化与肝源性糖尿病关系密切，肝硬化并发糖尿病患者临床表现较为复杂，采取积极有效地治疗原发肝病与严格控制血糖尤为重要，可降低并发症发生，具有重要意义。
목적：탐토간경화여간원성당뇨병적림상관계。방법：선택42례간경화병발당뇨병환자작위관찰조，선택동기40례간경화미병발당뇨병환자작위대조조。대비분석량조환자림상표현，간경화환자간공능분급，간경화당뇨병환자치료전후공복혈당、TB、ALT급병발증발생정황。결과：관찰조다음、다식、다뇨급납차환자균현저다우대조조，차차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；A급이대조조거다，이B급이관찰조다견；관찰조환자경치료1개월공복혈당、TB、ALT현저저우치료전，차차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조병발간성뇌병、간신종합정、자발성복막염환자현저다우대조조，차차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：간경화여간원성당뇨병관계밀절，간경화병발당뇨병환자림상표현교위복잡，채취적겁유효지치료원발간병여엄격공제혈당우위중요，가강저병발증발생，구유중요의의。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between cirrhosis and hepatic diabetes.Method:42 cases of liver cirrhosis complicated by diabetes as the observation group,the same period 40 cases of cirrhosis without diabetes mellitus as the control group.The clinical manifestations of the two groups,liver function in cirrhotic patients before and after treatment in diabetic patients with cirrhosis fasting glucose,TB,ALT and occurrence of complications were compared and analyzed.Result:The polydipsia,polyphagia,polyuria and anorexia of the observation group were significantly more than those of the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The blood sugar level to normal in the majority,while the Class B with hepatic diabetes common.cirrhotic patients with diabetes treated a month of fasting blood glucose,TB,ALT were significantly lower than before treatment,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Hepatic encephalopathy,hepatorenal syndrome,spontaneous bacterial peritonitis of the observation group were significantly more than those of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cirrhosis and hepatic diabetes is closely related to liver cirrhosis clinical manifestations in diabetic patients is more complex,takes active and effective in the treatment of primary liver disease is particularly important with strict control of blood sugar,can reduce complications, has important significance.
