目的：探讨PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR信号通路中PTEN基因对结直肠癌发病的影响。方法：应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测48例结直肠癌组织和48例癌旁组织中的PTEN蛋白表达情况。结果：结直肠癌组织中PTEN基因的蛋白浓度值为(60.68±5.67)μg/L，癌旁组织的蛋白浓度值为(75.35±5.31)μg/L，结直肠癌组织中PTEN基因的蛋白表达明显低于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外，结直肠癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，在不同肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴结转移以及Dukes分期上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PTEN在结直肠癌中表达较低，而在癌旁组织中表达较高。PTEN表达与结直肠癌的浸润程度、Dukes分期、有无淋巴结转移有关，而与患者的年龄、性别、发生部位无关。

목적：탐토PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR신호통로중PTEN기인대결직장암발병적영향。방법：응용매련면역법(ELISA)검측48례결직장암조직화48례암방조직중적PTEN단백표체정황。결과：결직장암조직중PTEN기인적단백농도치위(60.68±5.67)μg/L，암방조직적단백농도치위(75.35±5.31)μg/L，결직장암조직중PTEN기인적단백표체명현저우암방조직，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。령외，결직장암조직중PTEN단백표체여성별、년령、종류부위차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，재불동종류분화정도、유무림파결전이이급Dukes분기상차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：PTEN재결직장암중표체교저，이재암방조직중표체교고。PTEN표체여결직장암적침윤정도、Dukes분기、유무림파결전이유관，이여환자적년령、성별、발생부위무관。
Objective:To explore the effect of PTEN gene on the incidence of colorectal cancer in PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Method:Using enzyme league immune method(ELISA) tested colorectal cancer organizations and cancer adjacent tissues of 48 cases of PTEN genes protein expression level changes.Result:Protein concentration value of PTEN gene in colorectal cancer tissue was (60.68±5.67)μg/L,protein concentration value of cancer adjacent tissues was (75.35±5.31)μg/L,colorectal cancer tissue protein expression the PTEN gene was obviously lower than the cancer adjacent tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,colorectal cancer tissue protein expression mTOR, PTEN about gender, age, tumor location difference was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),while statistically significant difference exist in different tumor differentiation degree,with or without lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression in the organization in colorectal cancer PTEN is low,and the cancer adjacent tissues expression is higher.PTEN expression of colon cancer and infiltration degree,Dukes staging,with or without lymph node metastasis are concerned,and patients with age,sex,location have nothing to do.
