目的：观察浮针治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法：38例颈型颈椎病患者均采用浮针治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：38例患者中，治愈18例，好转19例，无效1例，总有效率为97.4%。结论：浮针治疗颈型颈椎病疗效显著。

목적：관찰부침치료경형경추병적료효。방법：38례경형경추병환자균채용부침치료，관찰기림상료효。결과：38례환자중，치유18례，호전19례，무효1례，총유효솔위97.4%。결론：부침치료경형경추병료효현저。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of floating needle in the treatment of cervical type cervical spondylosis. Methods:38 cases of patients with cervical type cervical spondylosis were all treated by floating needle, and observed the efficacy. Results:In the 38 cases of patients, 18 cases were cured, 19 cases had turned better, 1 case invalid, the total effective rate was 97.4%. Conclusion:Floating needle has significant curative effect on cervical type cervical spondylosis.
