目的：探讨点穴配合腹针埋线治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用点穴配合腹针埋线治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，观察两组患者疗效及镇痛效果的有效率。结果：治疗组疗效及镇痛总有效率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：点穴配合腹针埋线治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著、操作方便，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討點穴配閤腹針埋線治療神經根型頸椎病的療效。方法：將60例神經根型頸椎病患者隨機分為治療組（30例）和對照組（30例），治療組採用點穴配閤腹針埋線治療，對照組採用常規針刺治療，觀察兩組患者療效及鎮痛效果的有效率。結果：治療組療效及鎮痛總有效率均顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：點穴配閤腹針埋線治療神經根型頸椎病療效顯著、操作方便，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토점혈배합복침매선치료신경근형경추병적료효。방법：장60례신경근형경추병환자수궤분위치료조（30례）화대조조（30례），치료조채용점혈배합복침매선치료，대조조채용상규침자치료，관찰량조환자료효급진통효과적유효솔。결과：치료조료효급진통총유효솔균현저고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：점혈배합복침매선치료신경근형경추병료효현저、조작방편，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of digital acupoint pressure combined with abdominal catgut-embedding therapy on cervical spondy-lotic radiculopathy. Methods:60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), treatment group with digital acupoint pressure and abdominal catgut-embedding therapy, control group with treatment of conven-tional acupuncture, to observe the efficacy and analgesic effect of the two groups. Results:The efficacy and analgesic effect of treatment group were both significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Digital acupoint pressure combined with abdominal catgut-embedding therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is significantly effective and convenient, being worthy of clinical application.
