目的:探讨功能性构音障碍儿童的语音特征,以及语音矫治结合口肌训练的作用。方法:选择42例功能性构音障碍儿童为研究对象,采用耳鼻喉科专科检查和口部运动功能检查(包括下颌、唇、舌等)评估其构音器官情况,采用语音清晰度量表以了解其语音状况,然后一对一进行语音矫正治疗及口肌训练,并指导家长进行家庭训练,治疗后评估其疗效。结果:功能性构音障碍儿童的口部构音器官以功能不协调为主,均无器质性异常;语音错误频率由高到低依次为舌尖前音、舌根音、舌尖后音、舌面音、唇齿音、舌尖音,双唇音较少错误,错误形式以替代和省略为主;治疗前整体口部运动功能评分为127.98±3.09分,治疗后提高至130.57±1.56分(P<0.01);语音清晰度由63.02%±18.24%提高至91.29%±12.25%(P<0.01)。结论:语音矫治结合口肌训练对功能性构音障碍具有显著疗效。

Objective:To investigate the phonetic features of functional articulation disorder (FAD) children, and the effect of speech therapy com-bined with mouth muscle training. Methods:42 cases of FAD children were chosen, used E.N.T. specialized examination and oral motor function test (including lower jaw, lip, tongue, etc) to evaluate their articulation organs situation, used speech intelligibility scale to test their speech situation, then treated with speech therapy and mouth muscle training by one-to-one, and guided their patients the methods of family training, and evaluated the effi-cacy after treatment. Results:The articulation organs of FAD children were mainly with function coordination, all of them had no organic disorders;the speech error frequency from high to low were dental, velar sound, blade-palatal, palatal, labiodental, apical consonant, bilabial error was few, the error forms were substitution and ellipsis mainly;before treatment, the score of total oral motor function was 127.98 ± 3.09, which was increased to 130.57±1.56 after treatment (P<0.01);the speech intelligibility was increased from 63.02%±18.24%to 91.29%±12.25%(P<0.01). Conclusion:The treatment of speech therapy combined with mouth muscle training has significant curative effect on FAD.
