基于2008-2012年中国汽车上市企业的面板数据,应用超越对数随机前沿模型测评了28家上市企业的技术创新效率,并基于系统视角研究了影响上市企业技术创新效率的关键因素。研究发现,样本期内中国汽车上市企业技术创新效率整体较低,研发资本存量和技术人员投入都对技术创新效率有较为显著的正影响;销售净利率对技术创新效率具有显著的正影响,资产负债率、股权结构和管理层人均报酬影响为负,且都较为显著,而总资产周转率对技术创新效率的影响未通过显著性检验。最后,提出汽车企业技术创新效率改进目标和相应对策建议,并指出研究局限性和未来研究思路。

Based on the panel data of the China's automobile A-Share listed enterprises from 2008 to 2012, the paper empirically evaluated the technological innovation efficiency of 28 enterprises by using the stochastic frontier model and studied the key factors influencing technological innovation efficiency of listed enterprises from the systematic perspective. The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of China's automobile listed enterprises in the sample period is low as a whole. The research capital stock and the technical personnel investment have significant positive effect on technological innovation efficiency. The sales net profit rate has positive effect on technological innovation efficiency. The asset liability ratio, equity structure and per capita remuneration of management have significant negative effect. The impact of total asset turnover ratio on the technological innovation efficiency is unable to pass the significance test. Finally, the improvement objectives and countermeasures are proposed and the limitations and future research directions are discussed in the paper.
