目的：探讨绵阳市青年人群牙列缺损及修复的情况。方法根据问卷调查及口腔科专业检查，分析1128名体检者缺牙情况、病因及修复情况。结果1128人中，缺牙者122人，失牙率10．82％，主要病因为龋齿。有义齿修复者51人，义齿修复率为41．80％。龋病是导致牙列缺损的主要原因，占患牙列缺损人数的56．56％。因不影响美观和咀嚼未修复占未修复人数的54．93％（39／71）。刷牙次数男性正确率为66．78％，女性为84．49％，P＜0．05；刷牙时间男性正确率为46．04％，女性为54．77％，P＜0．05；刷牙方法男性正确率为72．85％，女性为84．30％，P＜0．05。结论绵阳市青年人群牙列缺损及修复的情况不佳，口腔卫生保健知识有待进一步提高。

Objective To study the dentition defects and dental restorations among the youth in the city of Mianyang.Methods 1 128 people aged from 18 to 35 were analyzed by clinical investigation and questionnaire.Results The incidence rate of dentition defects was 10.82%.The main reason of dentition defects was caries.The rate of dental restortions was 41.80%.The people who don't receice dental restorations because no concern will occur regarding aesthetics and chewing account for 54.93%of all the people not receiving a dental restoration treatment (39/71).Brush your teeth number right men was 66.78% and 84.49% in women,P<0.05; The right brush for men was 46.04%,the female was 54.77%,P<0.05;Brushing method right male was 72.85%,the female was 84.30%,P<0.05.Conclusion There is different attitude toward too th-missing and restorattion in in Mianyang city.So it is urgent to improve the knowledge of oralhygiene health in in Mianyang city.
