目的：探讨18 F-FDG PET-CT显像在恶性纤维组织细胞瘤（ Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma， MFH）术后局部复发及转移监测中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析10例经病理证实的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤术后患者PET-CT显像资料，经临床随访证实后确定诊断效能。结果经随访证实的10例MFH术后PET-CT显像患者，局部肿瘤存活或复发灶4处，转移灶15处，分析得到18 F-FDG PET-CT显像在MFH术后局部肿瘤残存、复发及转移监测的灵敏度为94．7％、特异性90．9％、准确性96．6％、阳性预测值94．7％、阴性预测值100％。结论18 F-FDG PET-CT显像对MFH术后患者局部复发及转移的诊断具有重要的临床价值，可作为术后肿瘤复发与转移的有效监测手段。
목적：탐토18 F-FDG PET-CT현상재악성섬유조직세포류（ Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma， MFH）술후국부복발급전이감측중적림상개치。방법회고성분석10례경병리증실적악성섬유조직세포류술후환자PET-CT현상자료，경림상수방증실후학정진단효능。결과경수방증실적10례MFH술후PET-CT현상환자，국부종류존활혹복발조4처，전이조15처，분석득도18 F-FDG PET-CT현상재MFH술후국부종류잔존、복발급전이감측적령민도위94．7％、특이성90．9％、준학성96．6％、양성예측치94．7％、음성예측치100％。결론18 F-FDG PET-CT현상대MFH술후환자국부복발급전이적진단구유중요적림상개치，가작위술후종류복발여전이적유효감측수단。
Objective To assess the clinical value of 18 F-FDG PET-CT in the surveillance of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with malignant fibrous histiocytoma( MFH) .Methods Retrospectively analyze the 18 F-FDG PET-CT information of 10 postop-erative patients who were diagnos with MHF, and then determine the diagnosis effectiveness by clinical follow-up.Results In all 10 postoperative MFH patients treated with 18 F-FDG PET-CT , 4 cases of residual or recurrence and 15 cases of metastasis are confirmed by clinical follow-up.The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, PPV and NPV of 18 F-FDG PET-CT in detecting postoperative residual, re-currence and metastasis of MFH are 94.7%, 90.9%, 96.6%, 94.7%and 100%, respectively.Conclusion 18 F-FDG PET-CT has an important role in the surveillance of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with MFH.It can be used as effective monito-ring method of postoperative recurrence and metastasis.
