目的：分析C-反应蛋白及白细胞指数与新生儿感染性黄疸之间的相关性。方法随机抽取2011年8月－2012年8月入住我科确诊为新生儿感染性黄疸42例作为观察组，随机抽取同期住院33例生理性黄疸患儿作为对照组，比较2组患儿C-反应蛋白与白细胞指数。及观察组治疗前后C-反应蛋白与白细胞指数变化情况。结果观察组与对照组相比较，前者C-反应蛋白与白细胞指数较后者明显增高，差异有明显统计学意义（P＜0．01），观察组治疗前与治疗后相比较，C-反应蛋白与白细胞指数明显下降，差异有明显统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论 C-反应蛋白及白细胞指数与新生儿感染性黄疸指数有密切相关性，可作为早期诊断新生儿感染性黄疸的重要指标，对于监测病情的变化及判断黄疸的预后具有重要的意义。

Objective To analyze correlation of C-reactive protein & white blood cell and neonate infectious jaundice. Methods 42 cases of neonate infectious jaundice hospitalized from August 2011 to August 2012 were randomly selected as an observation group,and 33 cases of neonate physiological jaundice hospitalized in the same period as a control group.The inde-xes of C-reactive protein and white blood cell of the two groups were compared.The index changes of C-reactive protein and white blood cell of the observation group before and after treatment were also compared.Results In comparison, the indexes of C-reactive protein and white blood cell of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.01).The indexes of C-reactive protein and white blood cell of the observation group were also compared before and after treatment.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Indexes of C-reactive protein &white blood cell and those of neonate infectious jaundice are closely correlated,which can be taken as important indexes for early diagnosis of neonate infectious jaundice,and have important prognostic significance for monitoring condition and judging the prognosis of jaundice.
