目的:分析研究血站开展血液核酸筛查的必要性以及可行性。方法分析基层采供血机构中核酸扩增检测技术的使用以及相应的应用特点等。结果使用核酸扩增检测技术可以取得很好的效果,有效的减少窗口期,降低输血风险。结论按照在基层采供血机构中核酸检测的使用特点,需要设置好规划血站核酸检测实验室,并且给予核酸检测工作的全面质量管理足够的重视,并且对工作人员进行定期的培训教育,不断健全目前已经存在的检测模式加核酸检测模式下的实验室质量运行体制,最后使血液检测的灵敏度以及特异性不断提高,保证血液的安全性。
